It really is hard to believe 2011 is almost over. We’ve had such a wonderfully busy year. Marta returned to her second year of preschool and I’ve been attending all the parent information nights for the elementary school she will be attending next year. On top of getting ready for that milestone this summer I took a part time job at a local boutique which has been a lot of fun.

Both girls recently celebrated birthdays and I’ve tried to post some newer pictures in the family photo album. We also spent so much time this summer and fall working on the outside of the home. Dana and I worked on sprucing up the screened in porch and turning it into an outdoor dining room which is what I wanted. There are still more things to be done with the space, but it is functional now. Pictures can be found here.

Our Christmas decorations are up, cookies baked, and shopping is almost done. I’ll try to post more movies and photos or our holiday in a month or so.
